Studio hours run from 7 AM to 7 PM. These sessions are available in a group format or on a one-on-one basis depending on which package you choose. Group sessions will be tailored to create a community and helping one another to achieving goals. These sessions can range from cardio to upper and lower body strength training. The goal is to be well rounded and achieving your goals in a healthy manner. You can also train via our online platform on your own time with a variety of amazing workouts.
STRENGTH TRAINING
At Candice Health and Wellness, strength training is a key priority. We focus on building both muscle strength and endurance by engaging your muscles against resistance that matches your individual fitness level. Our programs combine bodyweight exercises, free weights, weight machines, and resistance bands to help you sculpt and strengthen your body effectively.

CARDIO FOCUS

Our sessions range from moderate to vigorous intensity and include a variety of exercises — from simple treadmill jogs to boxing-inspired jump rope sessions and high-energy HIIT workouts. Each routine is crafted to strengthen your heart, burn fat, and tone your entire body.

SATURDAY GROUP TRAINING
Every so often, Candice Health and Wellness hosts Intermittent Saturday Training sessions — a chance to come together, connect, and push toward a common fitness goal. These group workouts are designed to promote unity, motivation, and shared energy while delivering a powerful full-body burn.
