If I miss a session, will I get a refund?

Life happens, and sometimes you may need to skip your training. With that in mind, I am happy to provide you with a workout program and an accompanying video. However, please note that there will be no refund or credit towards the following month. If we can find a mutually convenient day and time, a makeup session within the same month of the cancellation can be arranged. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
